I started my own local business in 2008 and was able to work it part-time while my husband and I raised our 5 kids! I still own and operate that business today. I've spent the past 5 years working in digital marketing for a handful of long-term clients and have quite literally done it all. I can navigate any marketing technology and create any type of marketing campaign you can dream up. But I've learned that truly less is more!
Local business owners are by nature entrepreneurs and have no shortage of ideas. But when it comes to running a business, and designing marketing campaigns, we can get better results with less stress and money when we focus on getting new customers in the door, bringing them back again, and helping them tell others about us! This is what I call the minimum effective dose.

You can pick and choose from the three core services I offer as needed, but I recommend you have each element present in your business in some way. There may be times when I will provide more services than my core three, but in general I like to stick with those because they cover the majority of what you need for your business. If I'm running ads for you, I will provide an optimized landing page that you can also use as your company's website if you wish. You can also keep the website you have without a problem!
I don't post social media content for clients, but when I run Facebook ads for you, your page will benefit from traffic, reactions, and comments. If we move forward working together, I can give you or one of your staff members a social media coaching session at no extra cost, on the type of content that will give you the most interaction (behind-the-scenes and customer-generated content,) along with some quick tips to schedule that content in less than 20 minutes per week. I've had customers make over 10K in 20 minutes with strategic social media posting.
For Google Business Reviews, I will run a one-time campaign to past customers for you at no cost, then we can decide if we want to move forward working together. For ongoing reputation management with Google Business reviews and responses for every review, I charge $397/month. Email Marketing is an additional $397/month. And for me to run ads for you on one platform (Meta or Google), including the creation of a high-converting landing page and ongoing campaign management, is $997/month not including your ad spend.
Simply put, no, you will not be looked into a contract. My services are charged on a monthly basis, and you can cancel or change services at any time and those changes will take effect on the first day of your new billing cycle. The two biggest reasons people leave marketing agencies are because they don't see a return on their investment (which is why I only offer the services that will give you the highest ROI), or because of poor communication. Which brings me to the next question...
Your business is your baby, and I want you to understand how much I care about you and your success, so I try and over-communicate! I use Zoom for that "face-to-face" initial meeting, and onboarding meeting. You can also email or call me anytime or hop on another Zoom call to discuss things at any time. You can expect an email with a short video from me every Friday with a recap of what was accomplished on your account, and how that marketing performed.
